We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your Shubs Casual Studio purchase, however in the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, we will happily exchange your item or refund your purchase (MINUS SHIPPING COST IF FREE SHIPPING DISCOUNT HAS BEEN APPLIED).

Return & Exchange Policy

Please be aware that returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving your delivery. Items must be returned in all original packaging (including dust bag) and in ‘as new’ condition. All tags must not have been removed and must be intact. Please make sure to include your proof of purchase receipt within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our studio & are signed for.

To protect yourself and your parcel(s) please make sure you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) & the item(s) must be recorded & signed for.
